Phillipine began her career at SANTS by stepping into her mother’s role as a cleaner. Inspired by the institution’s mission to produce quality teachers where South Africa needs them most, she enrolled in the Diploma in Grade R Teaching programme while balancing work, studies, and family responsibilities. After graduating, she took on a new role as a Student Advisor and is now furthering her studies through the Bachelor of Education in Foundation Phase Teaching programme.
Her journey is a testament to career mobility, internal development, and SANTS’ dedication to building a better South Africa through education.
