TERMS AND CONDITIONS: BLACK FRIDAY

1. Eligibility
   • This competition is only open to new applicants who have been formally accepted into one of the following SANTS programmes: 
     • Higher Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education (HCert ECCE)
     • Diploma in Grade R Teaching
     • Bachelor of Education in Foundation Phase Teaching
     • Bachelor of Education in Intermediate Phase Teaching
   • Returning and currently enrolled students do not qualify for this competition.
   • All students who pay the full application (R250.00) and registration fee ( R2 500.00) by 30 November 2025 are eligible for the giveaway. 
   • Proof of registration fee payment must be uploaded to MySANTS within the campaign period.
     
2. Competition Details:
   • One laptop will be awarded per programme (4 laptops in total). 
   • The laptop is a promotional giveaway and: 
     • Cannot be exchanged for cash or credit 
     • Cannot be transferred to another person 
     • Must be used by the winner only
       
3. Completion Requirements:
   • To be eligible, students must complete all of the following steps by 30 November 2025:
     • Upload proof of registration fee payment to MySANTS 
     • Complete the official Microsoft Form confirming commitment to pay fees and continue studies 
     • Complete the onboarding module on MySANTS in full 
     • Select a preferred language for study materials 
     • Enter a valid PAXI pickup point for study material delivery
       
4. Enrolment Commitment 
   • Winners must remain enrolled for at least one full academic year. 
   • If a winner withdraws within the first academic year, they will be liable to repay the full cost of the laptop to SANTS.
     
5. Winner Announcement 
   • Winners will be selected by SANTS through a draw and announced on Monday, 8 December 2025. 
   • The decision of SANTS is final and binding on all participants. 
   • No enquiries regarding the competition will be entertained after the draw.
     
6. General 
   • SANTS reserves the right to verify all information submitted. 
   • SANTS may amend these terms or withdraw the promotion at its discretion. 
   • Participation indicates acceptance of all Terms and Conditions.
