As a valued marketer, you play a crucial role in connecting prospective students with our life-changing educational opportunities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential students who would benefit from our programmes
- Accurately represent our institution and its offerings
- Guide prospective students through the initial application process
- Provide timely information and follow-up with interested candidates
- Meet recruitment targets and contribute to institutional growth
- Become a SANTS advocate in your networks

License to Operate
Contract Information
In order to represent SANTS as a marketer, you have to complete and sign the Student Recruitment Incentive Scheme Contract. If you have not signed the contract, please request it here. Note: actively enrolled students of SANTS cannot join the SRIS programme.
- Contract: signed Student Recruitment Incentive Scheme Contract (SRIS)
- Renewal process: Re-Apply at the end of the current year
- Conduct: adhere to the Code of Conduct (as per SRIS contract) and honour all the compliance requirements
- Contract Duration: 1 Year

- Each registered marketer will receive a unique Marketer Code

- IMPORTANT: This code must be shared with potential students you recruit, this is important for us to track your recruitments and process your commission payments.

About Our Institution
SANTS Private Higher Education Institution was established on 17 November 1997 with a clear vision—to develop and support educators who make a meaningful impact in their communities.
Over the past 26 years, SANTS has empowered more than 40,000 aspiring and practicing teachers through a diverse range of accredited programmes and qualifications. From its modest beginnings, SANTS steadily expanded, and by 2001, it had begun working in close collaboration with provincial education departments across South Africa.
As it evolved into a Further Education and Training (FET) service provider. SANTS placed a strong focus on Early Childhood Development and Continuing Teacher Development, aligning its efforts with national priorities in education.
In 2012, SANTS reached a significant milestone by becoming a registered Higher Education Institution. Since then, it has concentrated on offering high-quality Initial Teacher Education programmes, all accredited by the Council on Higher Education (CHE) and recognised by the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET).
Today, SANTS employs over 100 full-time staff members and numerous contract workers nationwide. Since its registration, the institution has proudly graduated more than 9,000 qualified teachers who now contribute meaningfully to the education sector.
As a Distance Higher Education Institution, SANTS remains committed to widening access to quality teacher education—particularly for students in rural and remote areas—by offering its programmes in multiple South African languages and through innovative, accessible learning models.
