Early Bird Registration Campaign

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION FEE DISCOUNT CAMPAIGN

As part of SANTS’ commitment to making quality education accessible, we are pleased to offer our Early Bird Registration Fee Discount Campaign for Semester 2, 2026. New applicants who pay their Application Fee and Registration Fee payments within the specified deadlines will qualify for a discount of up to R500 off their Registration Fee.

To accommodate different financial circumstances, flexible instalment payment options are also available, allowing applicants to spread their Registration Fee across two or three months while still qualifying for a discount. Additionally, all qualifying applicants will be entered into a draw to win one of four tablets in June 2026, with Early Bird participants receiving an additional entry. The following terms and conditions govern eligibility, payment deadlines, instalment arrangements, and the tablet draw.

Should you participate in the Early Bird Campaign, please note that the discount will be loaded as a credit onto your student account once you are enrolled for the July 2026 intake and billing has been loaded to your profile.

Undrestanding the discounts on offer: 

  • MARCH — R500 Early Bird Discount: Applicants who pay both the Application Fee and Registration Fee in full by 31 March 2026 will receive a R500 discount on their Registration Fee.
  • APRIL — R500 Early Bird Discount: Applicants who pay both the Application Fee and Registration Fee in full by 30 April 2026 will receive a R500 discount on their Registration Fee.
  • MAY — R250 Early Bird Discount: Applicants who pay both the Application Fee and Registration Fee in full by 31 May 2026 will receive a R250 discount on their Registration Fee.
  • JUNE — Tablet Draw: All Early Bird applicants and other qualifying applicants will be entered into a draw to win a tablet per qualification (4 tablets in total, one per qualification). Early Bird participants receive an additional entry into the draw. The closing date for the tablet draw is 30 June 2026 at midnight.

The following individuals qualify for the Early Bird Registration Fee Discount:

New applicants:

    • SANTS has received your completed online application before or on the applicable discount deadline.
    • SANTS has received your non-refundable Application Fee before or on the applicable discount deadline.
    • You meet the minimum entry requirements of the respective programme.
    • You have fulfilled the criteria of conditional approval for admission to the respective programme, by:
      • Selecting your preferred language and material delivery options on MySANTS.
      • Submitting your options above online on or before the applicable discount deadline.
      • Making the required Registration Fee payment (in full, or via approved instalments) on or before the applicable discount deadline.

Flexible Instalment Options

  • Students may choose to pay their Registration Fee in instalments and still qualify for discounts, provided the instalments are completed within the specified timeframes. All instalments must be completed by the end of May in order to qualify for a discount; instalments are permitted until the end of June.
  • Option 1: Two Instalments — R1,250 (March + April)
    • Payment Schedule: R1,250 by end of March; R1,250 by end of April
    • Total Paid: R2,500 by 30 April
    • Discount Outcome: Qualifies for the R500 April Early Bird Discount (treated as full settlement by the April deadline).
  • Option 2: Two Instalments — R1,250 (April + May)
    • Payment Schedule: R1,250 by end of April; R1,250 by end of May
    • Total Paid: R2,500 by 31 May
    • Discount Outcome: Qualifies for the R250 May Discount.
  • Option 3: Three Instalments — R833 (March + April + May)
    • Payment Schedule: R833 by end of March; R833 by end of April; R833 by end of May
    • Discount Outcome: Automatically qualifies for the R250 May Discount only, as the full Registration Fee is settled by the end of May.

Additional considerations:

  • Any applicant who fails to comply with the conditions set out above will not qualify for the Early Bird Registration Fee Discount.
  • If it should transpire that a discount was applied based on false information supplied to SANTS, SANTS will be entitled to forthwith reverse the discount and recover any outstanding fees.
  • Discounts do not apply to SANTS employees.
    Discounts are applied at the sole discretion of SANTS and are not transferable or deferrable.
  • The tablet draw winners (one per qualification, 4 tablets in total) will be announced on 15 July 2026.
  • Should you be announced as a winner as part of the early bird campaign, you will not be eligible to go into the draw for students whose accounts are in order at the end of each academic semester.
